The TEMPUR leg pillow is recommended for use between your legs or under your ankles, to help relieve pressure and enable you to sit or lie more comfortably. Made with TEMPUR® material which is a temperature sensitive, designed to form to the shape of your body to provide comfort & support with minimum pressure. Sleeping with a pillow between the knees or legs may help improve sleeping posture for side sleepers in particular and help support the lower back and keep the spine in neutral position. Or alternatively to help elevate the legs for back sleepers.
